ICERT has, so far, supported thousands of children from Jharkhand & West Bengal by training them in developing six key skills viz. communication skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, managerial skills, organizational skills and out of box thinking through its “School Training & Personality Development Program”. These programs were executed in partnership with “Basant Dynamics” under their School Computer Literacy Mission which was carried out as far as the Hill Districts of Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Kurseong & Silliguri in West Bengal, Purulia, Hazaribagh, Koderma and Ranchi Districts if Jharkhand. It covered rural areas and underprivileged children of coal belts like Khalari, Barkakana and Ramgarh also.
