Our journey to help the poor and needy for accessing facilities in Health, Family Welfare, Vocational Training & Skill Development has been an eventful one and our initiatives have enhanced and expanded many fold. Our efforts have been centric to make the poor and underprivileged lead a better life and realize some of their unfulfilled dreams. Our focus is on those who are unable to access quality health care, education or basic amenities which will give them a relatively improved quality of life. Livelihood, women’s empowerment and environment are some other key areas of concern. Our programs are driven by our mission–to work/act as an agent of change to help the poorest of the poor access and actualize their rights as enshrined in the Constitution of India. Our Organization continues to work by our core value "SEWA". Our programs require empathyand proactive reaching out to the poor and needy.

Apart from Health, educational and livelihood programmes, our major focus is on women empowerment, nutrition security, skill upgradation, drinking water and sanitation. The year under review became special for us, as the government and various non-government agencies recognized our honest efforts in these areas. In fact, through dedicated work, commitment and persistence, we have reached this stage.

We are focusing on empowerment of rural youth through skill development entrepreneurship training in our target area. Besides, we have expanded our Nutrition, Sanitation and Health Promotion activities in the catchment area of the Society in various districts of Jharkhand.

All our associates, vendors, suppliers, consultants, advisors, patrons and personnel have played their respective roles in the work of the Society, and we highly acknowledge and appreciate their continued effervescent, effective and efficient services in their own respective fields, ways and specialization. I, on behalf of the President, the Office-Bearers, the Managing Committee, and the entire ICERT team, re-assure that our Society is working in line with the mission, vision and objectives set forth. The managing committee is open to exploring, accepting and implementing projects and activities in line with the ethos of the Society, and shall continually look forward to growth of the service objectives: in volumes, in quality and in the highest possible number of beneficiaries. No wonder, we are yielding the highest value of return on every rupee spent.

Thank you very much for reposing your trust in us. We will strive to remain transparent and accountable. I take this opportunity to express my deep gratitude towards our well-wishers, supporters and officials of the government and other national agencies for their support and confidence on us.
