Institute of Continuing Education, Research & Training (ICERT) is a non-profit organisation that was established in 2005 with the vision of empowering the tribal and marginalized communities in Jharkhand through education, research and training. ICERT works in various domains such as gender, water, tribes, right to information and advocacy, minority, livelihoods, employment, technology, health, energy and environment, senior citizens, education, disaster management, governance, and child rights.

ICERT operates from its head office at 472 Peppe Compound, Ranchi-834001, and has a network of field offices and partner organisations across the state. ICERT has a team of qualified and experienced professionals, volunteers, and consultants who are committed to the cause of health, social justice, empowerment and development. ICERT also collaborates with various government agencies, academic institutions, civil society organisations, and donors to implement its projects and programmes.
